The highest speed of the production line can reach 365m/min, width of belt material is 300~1880mm, and own some proprietary technology: single slipway roller coat, powder coating technology, coating machine and control system, welding and drying system, suspended welding oven,etc.the main equipments are include entrance and exit equipment,purifier,inaction equipment with traditional method(dry and action on site),primary coating machine, precise coating machine, decorating machine, welding oven, incineration system, gas cooling and water cooling tank, cool/hot film, embossing machine, automation process system, and so on.
Brief description of the process:
  charging manually→decoiler unit1#.2#→ two-roll pinching machine1# →entrance deflect →electric clipper → stitcher machine→ Press machine →tension machine→ storing loop units→alkaline tank cleaning →spraying alkali liquor scrubbing → spraying alkali liquor scrubbing → spraying water cleaning→spraying neutral → spraying water cleaning →spray Activation → spraying water cleaning →wiping alignment machine →drying oven→ tension machine → primary coating machine→primary coating solidifying furnace→air cooling box→ correcting decentation machine→ correcting decentation machine → tension machine → precise coating machine → precise coating solidifying furnace → air cooling with air-knife→fog and water cooling unit→ wiping alignment machine→ tension machine → storing loop units → tension machine→ electric clipper → inspection platform→ exit deflect→servo coil unit→discharging manually
   Use fork truck or factory’s crane or other transportation tools to move the coil which has a sleeve to the support stand at the entrance of the decoiler(generally there is two or three support stands), then lift the coil to the decoiler by an entrance coil car, decoiling the coil by the decoiler, feed in the pinch roller and cut off the head of the coil, enter the stitcher and stitch with the end of the last coil, cure the stitched place with press machine, then enter the entrance loop with the tension(the line which has edge trimmer and withdrawal straightening stands should trim edge and straighten first). When changing coil, the entry section stops, and feed by entrance loop(normal line speed is kept),The entrance speed will rise up to the specified running speed after the stitch of the head of fresh coil and end of last coil has been completed. The entrance speed will reach the normal running speed after the entrance loop has reached its normal storing length. The strip leaving the loop will enter the coating room and coat after water cleaning and rinsing and passivation and then dried by air knife. The strip is solidified in the solidifying furnace after coating. The solidifying temperature is about 260℃.After leaving the solidifying furnace, the strip is cooled down to the room temperature after the cooling in the air-cooling, water sprays forced cooling and air knife cooling. Then wax and static oil coating on the surface of the strip. It passes through the exit loop and enters into the exit section. The exit section includes an inspection platform, which is used to inspect the surface quality of the strip. The exit zone will stop meanwhile the operating section is running in its normal speed by the storing function of the exit loop after the coil reaches its specified length, weight or diameter.
The final coil is transferred to the support stand by the exit coil car meanwhile the coiler has finished the pulling through coil and established a stable tension. The draper-type wrapper retracts and the speed of the exit section reaches its specified running speed. The speed of the exit section will reach its normal running speed after the exit loop has reached its normal storing length.
